The internal and external architecture of a woman’s life.

HEAD
The interior world.
WordBeing is Naz’s signature method workshop, bringing together over fifteen years’ of practice in immersive theatre and storytelling, and a lifetime of being a bookworm. It is guided by bibliotherapy that uses words, stories, poetry, writing, and imagery for reflection and self-discovery.
WordBeing is a bespoke experience. Whether attending solo, with friends, or alongside women you’ve yet to meet, each session invites exploration, conversation and sharing wisdom in a supportive, non-judgemental environment.
Activities might include noticing how often you start a sentence with ‘sorry,’ thinking back to the last time you wanted to say no but didn’t, or drawing inspiration from artist Ann Hamilton, who once asked her students to carry a sheet of plywood everywhere for a week to get used to taking up space.
Arrive curious, leave lighter. Real Housewife energy, without the drama.
Stories have been used to dispossess and to malign.
But stories can also be used to empower and to humanise.
